Shipping Policy

Card shipment eligibility, fees, address handling, tracking, and high-value review.

Eligibility

Only cards owned by the requesting user, held in Narfar custody, and in a shippable status may be requested for shipment.

Fees

Shipment fees are calculated server-side using first-card and additional-card rules. High-value shipments may require insurance, signature, or manual review.

Fulfillment

Tracking and label updates are controlled by fulfillment/admin workflows and may require support review before changes are applied.
